David Drzewiecki has shot nearly every film and video format from 65mm film to high definition digital, including stereoscopic 3D. He has worked as a STEREOGRAPHER on:

• Journey 2: Mysterious Island
• Nitro Circus: The Movie in 3D
• Foo Fighters: Wasting Light “album debut cine-cast” live in 3D
• Maroon 5 Concert
• Tournament of Roses Parade, 2012 – the first and only live 3D broadcast of this event
Additionally, he was responsible for establishing the groundbreaking 3D filmmaking educational program in conjunction with the 3D Technology Center at Sony Pictures and IATSE International Cinematographers Guild local 600. He spearheaded the curriculum for teaching 3D cinematography to cameramen, directors and industry executives on the creative and technical challenges of stereoscopic 3D filmmaking.
Recent 3D teachings include the participation in the creation of UT3D, a 3D filmmaking curriculum of the University of Texas at Austin. This is the first 3D filmmaking curriculum at a major University. Responsibilities there included lecturing students in the classroom and hands on demonstrations at the Radio / Television / Film Department stages.
Mr. Drzewiecki is considered a foremost expert in 3D and is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, Visual Effect Society and IATSE local 600 – International Cinematographers Guild.
